The stay was PLEASANT; no complaints whatsoever. The property was in the heart of the city. We stayed in an extremely spacious and cozy room with private bathroom. A shower, bath sheets, and slippers was a plus. The staff was genuinely helpful and responsive to requests.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful and excellent. the staff were very amiable. - I loved the absolutely perfect location really close to the center of the old city and the Registan square.
